The husband and wife team of Matt and Brenda Ryan, moved from Toronto in 2002 to start FAD in Parry Sound. Both are graduates of the University of Waterloo's School of Architecture and Environmental Studies and work together to bring unique perspectives to every project.

We can assist our clients with obtaining competitive pricing from builders and trades. Some clients elect to contract with one builder for the complete project. In this case we act as our client’s representative on the site to ensure the project is built according to the projects specifications and budget.

We also offer project management services. We will over-see and coordinate the construction process acting as your representative to the contractor. We can be your eyes and ears on site during construction.

Our projects are located across Ontario with a majority found in the Muskoka and Parry Sound region. We have done projects as far north as Elk Lake and as far south as Windsor/Essex County.
